4. User Content
You retain ownership of any original content you create and submit through the Service (such as custom cat art or scene edits). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
Reference data surfaced through individual products (e.g., cat-breed entries in Cat Planet, satellite catalog records in Universe) is aggregated from public, attributed sources for educational and recreational purposes; references to third-party trademarks, breed registries, or organizations are nominative only.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported in part by advertising. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you may see advertisements served by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense and Ezoic. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services (authentication providers, analytics, advertising networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
