What to email about
- Bug reports — something broken in any MetaWorldOS product (Cat Planet, Pet Metaverse, Universe, Asset Hub, etc.)? Tell us the URL, what happened, what you expected, and (if you can) which browser and device.
- Content corrections — found a factual error in our reference data (cat-breed entries, satellite catalog, launch records, source citations)? We take these seriously and will credit your correction in the changelog.
- Account & data requests — sign-in problems, account deletion, or a copy of the data we hold about you. See our Privacy Policy for the full rights list.
- Partnership & press — collaborations, translation help, integrations, breed-club or registry-archive partnerships, or coverage requests.
- Takedown & copyright — if you believe content on MetaWorldOS infringes your rights, email us with the URL, a description of the work, your contact information, and a good-faith statement.
- Advertising inquiries — questions about how ads are served on the site or about our advertising partners (Google AdSense, Ezoic).
Response times
We try to acknowledge most messages within 2–3 business days. Account-deletion and privacy-rights requests are prioritized and handled within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days).
If you don’t hear back within a week, your message may have been caught by a spam filter — please send it again with “follow-up” in the subject line.
What helps us help you
- For bug reports: a screenshot, the URL, and your browser (e.g., “Chrome 130 on macOS”).
- For account issues: the email address you signed in with, but never your password.
- For content corrections: a citable source (registry entry, official catalog, published paper, archive link) so we can verify and update.
