Cigarette drag embers crackle - inhale - exhale (CC0) — ATP2-kh
Close-mic phone recording of a cigarette drag and ember crackle, with soft off-axis inhale and exhale. This is a noisy take. I removed an accidental nose-blow and tried to clean it up without killing the useful texture. I notched out some computer/fan whirr, especially the more obvious mechanical tones, but there is still a lot of PC noise left. By no means a clean studio take. I intentionally avoided denoising it into oblivion because I wanted to preserve the small ember transients, paper crackles, breath movement, and fragile close-mic details. Light cleanup only: trimming, fades, high-pass filtering, fan-whirr notches, and normalization.
