A sound you might hear when an ally or enemy is targeted with magic that slows their movements. Or you could use it for a variety of debilitating magical effects (like shrinking, confusing, blinding, defeating, obscuring their surroundings, etc.) This variant feels more "powerful" in the sense that it's louder and features more instrumentation/bass frequencies.
